I was self-managing an old shoulder injury and other resultant injuries (runner's knee), which arose from continued exercise in very specific activities. These injuries had left me frustrated and in constant pain management mode, in the form of frequent acupuncture and deep tissue massages. Within a few weeks of his training and advice, my runner's knee injury was fixed, and a year later, my shoulder injury had stabilised. Through Dana's programs and advice, I have strengthened my shoulder and improved shoulder mobility. We are now working on other goals, like muscle mass building.
